For granular applications - there’s generally no waiting period. If so, you will receive detailed directions on what to do before utilizing your lawn. For liquid applications we recommend keeping people and pets off the treated areas until it is dry - approximately one hour. The technician will leave an application sheet with the time and date of the application for your reference. We generally ask you to wait 24 hours after an application to mow your lawn.
Generally, once it is dry, your application should be okay (which is about an hour as noted above). In the case of granular product applications, rain helps to dissolve and activate the product!

Call the office to discuss other services like aeration or power seeding that will help you build up the turf density which helps prevent weeds from being able to break through.
